Front Desk /Insurance Coordination • Schedules and Confirms Appointments • Requires good telephone techniques • Handles patient reception • Verifies and Confirms Insurance Coverage • Manages Patient Records • Collects payment for walkout and verifies account status with patient • Manages stock and supply for front office needs Front Desk – Accounting • Manages Business Records • Follows Accounting/Book keeping Procedures • Processes Patient Insurance • Prepares Written Business Communications Insurance - - Be able to interpret insurance eligibility forms and perform detailed insurance breakdowns - Be able to set up profiles for patients and their respective insurance - Be able to help coordinate with insurance companies for credentialing - Be able to interpret insurance breakdowns to do treatment planning is a plus We prefer 2-3 years of front desk experience. We currently use Eaglesoft for our electronic medical records. Bilingual proficiency (spanish, english) preferred. Salary will be commiserate with experience.
