Welcome to our family owned private Dental practice here in Sandy Springs. City Springs Dental Studio is a new growing practice, established in 2023. We are looking to add an experienced team member to our front office. Join our friendly, patient-focused dental team! We are looking for a detailed-oriented and compassionate patient/treatment coordinator who can help our patients from the moment they call our practice to scheduling their appointments, and guiding them through their treatment needs and insurance coverage with clarity and confidence. Ideal candidate: Is social and welcoming to patients Has excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Dentrix dental software Experienced in dental insurance and treatment coordination Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and CDT codes Has the ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently Is organized, reliable, responsible, happy and a team player Salary is competitive and based on experience.
