Opportunity for Associate Dentist Position Dear Prospective Associate, We are thrilled to present an opportunity for you to join our start-up dental practice as an associate dentist, with a projected start date around Mid- May 2024. Our practice, located at 5605 FM 423 Ste 600, Frisco, TX 75034, represents a third-generation legacy in the community, renowned for its dental services. The former dentist has taken her goodwill to another location. From 2020, we have been able to grow successful orthodontic practice at this location. The applicant must have at least 2 years of dental experience, or AEGD. About Us: Dr. Kevin Baharvand, the owner and orthodontist at Elate Orthodontics and Tribute Family Dentistry, has established a legacy with Elate Orthodontics, spanning three locations in The Colony and Frisco. The shared location between Tribute Family Dentistry and Elate Orthodontics will provide orthodontic services on one day and general dentistry on others. About the Position: 1. Start Date: Starting around mid-May 2024, we seek an individual dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care. We would like to start with 3 days a week to be chosen from Monday-Thursday. Working days will alternate between 8-5 and 9-6 hours. Days and hours are open for negotiation. 2. Compensation Structure: Our compensation model relies on a fixed $750 perdiem or 30% collection arrangement, including RDAs' x-rays, whichever is higher. Associates are responsible for 30% of their lab bills. Thank you for considering this position with us.
