Patient Coordinator A growing practice that prides itself in using advanced technology, and a team-oriented work environment. You will work alongside the best at West Chester Family Dentistry. Our team takes pride in putting our patients at the center of our dental practice. Our philosophy lies in honest and personalized dental care and building a lasting relationship with our patients. We treat our patients as our family and aim to provide the best care for their oral health as their family grows. We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to interact with patients on a personal level and creating a comfortable environment fostering lifelong relationships. Using interpersonal skills, create a pleasant experience for all patients. Greet patients in a warm, friendly manner in person and over the phone. Proficiency with Eaglesoft, and basic understanding of Microsoft programs. Responsibilities: • Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates • Confidentially manage patient accounts • Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing • Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements • Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments • Collect payment, discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient • Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible • Get prior authorizations for procedures • Scan documents into patient charts • Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care. • Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices Benefits: • 401(k) • Vacation • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Vision insurance
