Seeking an Associate Dentist in Athol, Massachusetts- Great pay, benefits, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus! Are you a dentist looking to join a successful practice? This is a life-changing opportunity! We are a 30-year-old thriving family-friendly practice in need of our newest associate dentist. Appointments are booked 6 months out so you will be just the right amount of busy to make an amazing compensation! The biggest caveat we are offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus as part of a 2-year contract. If you are ready to be mentored by an amazing staff please apply! In this position, you will be responsible for the oral health of your patients. You will perform procedures to diagnose and treat cavities, cracked or fractured teeth, and oral diseases. You will also administer medications and anesthetics for tooth extractions, root canals, and other surgical procedures. Compensation Package Based on Experience - 40% collections, $1,000 daily draw. - Health Insurance & 401K - H1B Sponsorship is available. - $15,000 sign-on bonus Job Type: Full-time Salary: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Dentist Duties and Responsibilities Prescribe antibiotics and pain-relieving medications Provide patient care for cracked or fractured teeth Prepare and place fillings Perform general dentistry Sedate patients and administer anesthetics Perform tooth extractions and root canals Create detailed treatment plans for patients Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bones, and soft tissues Dentist Requirements and Qualifications D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and the American Dental Association. Certification in CPR. MA State Dental License (Required) Compassionate and caring of patients. Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures.
