Description

Looking for an outgoing/friendly front reception team member to join our practice as we continue to grow. This is a Full time position in our office and you can average 32-35 hours a week. Hours are: Monday 8:15am-6:00pm Tuesdays 7:15am-4pm, Wednesday 9:15-6pm and Thursday 7:15am-4:00pm. Responsibilities will be to help and aid our front office manager in treatment planning, answering phones, insurance verifications, scheduling, and checking patients IN/OUT. We are a FFS office that prides itself on good customer service, friendly attitudes and smiling faces. We currently use Dentrix Ascend for our dental software so experience with that is a plus but not required. Its very easy to learn. Currently we have 1 full time hygiene, 1 full time FD, and 2 full time DA's and new hire would be our 2nd FD. Ideal team members would be detail oriented, organized, outgoing, friendly, willing to learn and adapt. Looking forward to hearing from potential candidates that are interested!
