We are a fee-for-service practice which strives to provide quality, comprehensive, comfortable relationship-based dentistry. Our patients are the most important people in our practice, whether we are dealing with them in person or over the phone. Our patients are not dependent on us, we are dependent on them! Our practice is a proud legacy where we treat our patients like family; they are the lifeblood of our practice! We are currently in search of a front desk patient care coordinator who aligns with our philosophies regarding how we treat and care for our patients. What we need from you: - A minimum of 2 years dental front office experience (to include: scheduling, insurance verification, claims/benefits, treatment plan presentation, etc). - Experience with Dentrix is required. - A passion for patient care and dentistry with an openness to learning. - A warm and inviting personality as you are the first and last contact a patient has during their visit with us. -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an excellent attendance record and attention to detail.
