** $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS**** Our well established pediatric dental office is in search for a Registered Dental Hygienist. We are faced paced and looking for the right fit. Position can be a 5 or 4 day. Scrub allowance. We do offer full benefits and observe all major holidays! Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized oral health care instructions - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed - Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment - Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in dental software systems (Eaglesoft) Qualifications: - Valid dental hygiene license in TN - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care practices - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records Note: Experience with Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or other dental software systems is preferred but not required.
