Description

We are looking for a team member to join our Scheduling Department team. Qualified applicants will have at least 1 year of call center experience and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Dental knowledge is preferred. Schedulers would take phone calls, verify insurance in some situations and eventually expand to some front desk duties. Position would travel between our Bandera and Nacogdoches offices each week. We believe in the importance of family, so we only have office hours Monday – Friday. We are closed on weekends and closed for the major holidays.
