Position: Patient Care Coordinator Job Type: Full Time We are looking for 1 individual with exceptional personality, communication skills, and phone skills. We value people who can build relationships with our new and existing patients. This position is for a patient care coordinator. Currently we are in the process of building a state-of-the-art facility to move our cosmetic and comprehensive practice to in the fall and are looking for quality people as we grow. This position is focused on helping our clients navigate our patient experience. Primary job duties include scheduling, treatment presentation, insurance verification, oversight of outstanding insurance claims, generating and following up on invoices and balances, as well as helping with other front office duties. The ideal candidate for this position loves people and truly wants to make a difference in people's lives each day. They are persistent in their work and pursue excellence not because someone asks for it but because it is the best thing for our patients. This person is articulate and good with reading people's personalities. This person is organized, has great attention to detail and enjoys staying busy. Due to the responsibility of the role, reliability is a must - we need someone we can count on each day. Requirements: 2 years dental front office experience. Open Dental experience preferred. We are not your average dental office! All of our team members are paid exceptionally well, many have been with our office 10+ years and represent the best in their field. Our office is 100% Fee for Service and not contracted with any PPO plans. We put a premium on never compromising our level of care and always putting the patient first.
