Position: Patient Care Coordinator Job Type: Full Time We are looking for 1 individual with exceptional personality, communication skills, and phone skills. We value people who can build relationships with our new and existing patients. This position is for a patient care coordinator on our front office team at our best-in-class dentist office. Operating within recently completed state-of-the-art facilities in Clearfork, we specialize in cosmetic and complex dentistry and also have a robust general dentistry practice. This position is focused on helping our clients navigate our patient experience. Primary job duties include: -Scheduling, checking patients in and out, answering phones -Treatment presentation -Insurance verification -Helping with other front office duties such as billing, insurance claim follow up, etc. The ideal candidate for this position loves people and truly wants to make a difference in people's lives each day. They are persistent in their work and pursue excellence not because someone asks for it but because it is the best thing for our patients. This person is articulate and good with reading people's personalities. This person is organized, has great attention to detail and enjoys staying busy. Due to the responsibility of the role, reliability is a must - we need someone we can count on each day. Requirements: -2 years customer service experience, with 2 years dental front office experience strongly preferred -Open Dental experience preferred We are not your average dental office! Many of team members have been with our office 10+ years and represent the best in their field. Our office is 100% Fee for Service and not contracted with any insurance plans.
