Receptionist at a Fast-Paced, Growing Dental Practice Are you a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a 'can-do' attitude? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy, high-energy dental practice! If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team to provide exceptional service, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: -Responding to all incoming calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner -Scheduling appointments and confirming patient visits -Sending out appointment reminders to ensure patients show up on time -Assisting with insurance questions and verification -Following up with past-due patients to ensure care is continued -Providing support and information regarding aligners, sleep studies, and appliances (training available for the right candidate) -Going the extra mile, taking initiative, and jumping in to help wherever needed (even if it's not technically your job!)
