Fantastic opportunity for an Insurance/Treatment Coordinator! We are a PRIVATE Pediatric/Orthodontic office for kids and teens with 2 locations. We offer Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, IV Sedation and Oral Surgery for our patients. We are looking for an energetic motivated candidate with Dental experience to manage the insurance benefits, verification, financial treatment plans and assist with administrative duties of the practice. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic applicant to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations. Position Summary: As the Insurance and Treatment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our office while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing exceptional service to patients and families. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all of the insurance benefits, and patient payment responsibilities while maintaining a positive and organized office environment. We have a great support staff that will assist with these duties and have a team approach to helping our patients obtain access and afford the best comprehensive dental care for Kids and Teens. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with day-to-day operations of the front office, including efficient scheduling, patient communication, and billing ensuring high customer service. • Handle patient inquiries, insurance verification, and billing questions regarding treatment plans. • Assist in Managing accounts receivable, collections, and practice financials. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. • Foster a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere for patients and staff. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of Dental or medical experience with experience with insurance benefits, verification, and dental terminology. • Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance processes, treatment plans and practice management software (experience with Cloud 9 is a plus). • Exceptional communication skills. • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Positive attitude and a passion for working with children and families. • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a dynamic environment.
