We are a fast-growing holistic dental practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator who understands how to inspire trust and confidently guide patients to say “yes” to life-changing care. You are: • A proven communicator with past training and a track record of results. • Compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and able to meet patients where they are. • Self-driven and goal-oriented — you don’t need micromanagement. • Excited about holistic health and ready to be part of a practice that actually cares about patients’ total wellness, not just teeth. • Highly organized and responsive. You want to work in a safe environment where your health is cared for, too. You will: • Build relationships with new and existing patients, making them feel heard and supported. • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, increasing case acceptance. • Follow up systematically and intelligently — without ever being “pushy.” • Work closely with our doctor and clinical team to ensure patients move smoothly from diagnosis to transformation. • Help grow the practice through your ability to connect, educate, and inspire. Must have: • Prior experience in a dental treatment coordinator role. • A deep respect for holistic healthcare approaches. Compensation: hourly wage + performance bonuses, team perks, uniforms, etc. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7-3; Fri 9-3 pm.
