Our practice is expanding quickly, and we are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator who will be the key to helping patients say 'yes' to the care they need. Position Overview As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between clinical excellence and patient decision making. You will guide patients through their treatment plans, present financial options with confidence, and ensure a smooth experience from consultation to completion. You will also handle insurance verification, accounts receivable, and support front office operations. You will play a crucial role in our office’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities -Patient Engagement: Build relationships with patients by clearly explaining proposed treatment, answering questions, addressing concerns, and motivating them to move forward with recommended care -Treatment Plan Presentation: Present treatment plans in a way that patients can easily understand, including insurance coverage details, costs, and payment options -Financial Coordination: Discuss payment plans, financing options, and obtain financial agreements in a professional, compassionate manner -Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits, obtain necessary pre-authorizations, and ensure patients are aware of their coverage -Accounts Receivable: Actively manage patient accounts, follow up on unpaid balances, and maintain accurate billing records -Administrative Support: Help manage scheduling, patient records, and ensure front office workflows support efficiency and exceptional service What We Are Looking For -Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, with a strong background in treatment planning, insurance coordination, and financial discussions -High level of professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written -Proven ability to positively influence treatment acceptance -Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment -High school diploma or equivalent required; additional dental administration training preferred We Offer -Competitive pay based on experience, with growth opportunities -Dental allowance -Paid time off -Continuing education opportunities -A positive, supportive team culture where your work is valued -A drama free, growth focused environment where we celebrate success together Schedule Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday
