Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated individual with a passion for patient care? We are a busy and growing orthodontic practice seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! About the Role: As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining an efficient front office while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations Manage patient records and ensure chart accuracy and completeness Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and office culture What We’re Looking For: A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized Strong interpersonal and communication skills A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service Previous dental or orthodontic office experience preferred Experience with insurance verification and patient charting strongly preferred Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Why Join Us?
