About You * You are enthusiastic about the practice of dental hygiene, and seek out ways to learn and grow * You want to be a part of a collaborative team that help and support each other * You are comfortable speaking to patients, doctors, and staff * You are interested in getting to know your patients, and listening to their needs Key responsibilities * Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement. * Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and oral cancer screenings. * Take and record radiographic images. * Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress. * Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care. * Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment. * Administer fluoride treatments Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications * Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance * Paid time off * Six Paid Holidays * Sick Pay * Botox and Dermal Filler at cost * Friday-Sunday off Requirements: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent * Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program. * Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law. * Compassionate patient centric approach. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times. * Ability to commute to Bellevue, WA The ideal candidate will have: -One year’s experience (flexible, based on work ethic and learning aptitude)
