MON-8am-5pm TUE & WED 9am-6pm THU 8am-5pm FRI 7am-4pm
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
Screen patients’ periodontal health
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Perform oral cancer screenings
Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands
Qualifications
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification
Compensation
$64 -$70 per hour

You will partner closely with our doctors, dental assistants and treatment coordinators and regularly engage in strategy/education sessions that will improve our procedures and elevate our patient experience.

In this role you will support periodontal treatments, including deep cleanings (scaling and root planing), and assist the periodontist in diagnosing and treating gum disease. You will educate patients on maintaining gum health, perform routine cleanings, and document treatment plans.
