Experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator Wedgwood Family Dentistry – Seattle, WA Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented dental professional who enjoys providing exceptional patient care? We are seeking a full-time Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing and patient-focused practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience using Dentrix dental software. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and PTO Opportunity for growth within the practice Responsibilities Greet patients and provide excellent customer service Answer phones and manage incoming communications Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance benefits and enter information into Dentrix Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Process payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Manage recall and reactivation systems Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience using Dentrix software (required) Previous dental front office experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with insurance verification and treatment coordination is preferred About Us At Wedgwood Family Dentistry, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.
