Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel at ease Discussing finances and treatment options in a clear, supportive manner Scheduling appointments with efficiency and precision Helping patients overcome barriers to receiving the care they need Managing insurance verifications and financial arrangements Ensuring daily reports are accurate and organized Providing exceptional customer service—patients should leave with a smile, even before treatment What We’re Looking For Minimum one two years of recent experience in a dental office Passionate about patient care and a team player Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable discussing financial options with patients Experience with both contracted and non contracted dental providers Experience with efficient scheduling to goal and benefit verification Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure efficiency Managing financial reports, insurance claims, and patient accounts Setting and meeting office revenue and production goals Maintaining compliance with office policies and healthcare regulations Schedule Tuesday to Friday – No weekends In-person role at our Dunwoody location Ready to take your career to the next level?
