As a family dental practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a friendly, welcoming environment. We're seeking someone who is kind, patient-focused, and thrives in a busy setting. What You'll Do: Greet patients with a friendly smile and provide a positive first impression Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism Verify insurance and collect co-pays (training provided) Support the dental team in creating a smooth, efficient patient experience What We’re Looking For: A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Friendly, compassionate, and customer-service oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Prior dental or medical front office experience is a plus, but not required A genuine interest in supporting families and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patients Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Salary varies and can be discussed with Dr. Hoang.
