We are excited to announce an opening for a Dental Assistant at East Franklin Dentistry. Our office operates Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays, 8:00AM to 12:00 PM, offering a stable and predictable work schedule. We are searching for an RDA or EFDA to join our team as soon as possible. Pay is negotiable and based on prior clinical experience and adaptability. Duties - Assist the dentist during dental procedures (General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Root Canal Therapy, etc.) - Prepare treatment rooms for patients by ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready - Take and develop dental x-rays and photographs - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - BLS certification - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - X-ray certification - Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time (Fridays 8am-12pm) Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Apply now by either responding to this ad or emailing us at [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
