With this growth comes the need for a compassionate, organized, patient-centered Treatment Coordinator to join us in delivering the exceptional care experience we’re known for. We’re building something special and looking for the right person to help elevate our patient experience to the next level. 💡 About the Role: As our Treatment Coordinator, you’re more than a scheduler — you’re the go-to guide for patients navigating their care journey. You’ll create clarity, build trust, and offer support as patients make important decisions about their treatment. If you're a natural communicator, detail-lover, and thrive in a role that blends hospitality with clinical knowledge — this one’s for you. You’ll also work closely with our existing Treatment Coordinator, collaborating to ensure consistency, efficiency, and concierge-level support for every patient we serve. What We’re Looking For: *****Experience as a Treatment Coordinator 4+ years is MUST-- *A warm, polished communicator who connects with patients easily *A natural educator — you help people understand their care without pressure. *Confident in discussing treatment plans, finances, and scheduling *Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-comfortable *Comfortable coordinating with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and business team **Bonus: experience with CareStack (or similar dental software) **Must love a fast-paced, collaborative environment What You’ll Do: *Present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence *Guide patients through their financial and scheduling options. *Coordinate multi-step treatment and specialty referrals as needed. *Serve as a concierge-level point of contact for questions and follow-ups. *Work hand-in-hand with our current Treatment Coordinator to ensure seamless patient care. *Help patients feel supported, seen, and genuinely cared for.
