Experienced (2+ active years) Treatment Planner / Coordinator, Appointment Coordinator / Insurance Assistant / Team Player needed immediately. We are looking for that Rock Star person who knows Eaglesoft / Patterson software (We are on version 23). You must be able to help control / maximize our schedule to be both productive and smooth. Checking in and checking out our patients. Making sure all patient's paperwork is up-to-date and in order, current ID's scanned, insurance info / cards acquired and scanned. You will be assisting our Insurance Coordinator in tracking/verifying dental insurance (at least two days ahead of the patient's appts!) & can effectively present treatment/payment plans to our patients. You will need to be proficient in the following skills: Treatment presentation, insurance verification, claims and PTE tracking and follow up, assist in controlling / maximizing the schedule, production, collections and posting payments. You MUST know dental terminology and procedure coding. You will also help us monitor our messages from our website & Vyne and answer patient's emails. The ideal candidate will be dependably here everyday you are scheduled to work, timely and hardworking. A self starter. We offer great hours in a beautiful, modern office in NW Atlanta.
