Our patient-centered dental practice is looking for an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team! About the Role: As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between clinical care and financial planning. You’ll present treatment plans clearly, answer questions with empathy, and help patients move forward with the care they need. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, dental knowledge, and a focus on excellent service. Key Responsibilities: • Present treatment plans to patients with professionalism and clarity • Review insurance coverage and provide financial estimates • Guide patients through scheduling and financial arrangements • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions from consultation to treatment • Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment and help them commit to care • Assist in all front desk tasks when needed What We’re Looking For: • 1–2+ years of experience in a dental office, preferably in treatment coordination • Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology • Ability to build trust and maintain patient relationships • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience with Dentrix a plus We’re a supportive, team-oriented office that believes in empowering patients and taking pride in our work.
