Our busy and patient-focused dental practice is looking for an Experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our front office team! About the Role: As our Insurance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their insurance benefits while ensuring smooth financial operations for the practice. We are seeking someone with prior dental insurance experience who can confidently verify benefits, submit and track claims, post EOBs, and provide clear financial information to patients. Key Responsibilities: • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility before appointments • Accurately submit insurance claims and manage follow-ups • Communicate clearly with patients regarding their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket estimates • Assist with financial arrangements and treatment plan presentations as needed • Work closely with the front desk and clinical team to support efficient scheduling and billing What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years of dental insurance experience required • Familiarity with dental codes and common insurance procedures • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with Dentrix a plus Please send resumes to: [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
