Our THIRD location of the Palmetto Family Dental family are seeking a Practice Leader (Office Manager), with strong Leadership skills to oversee the operation of our McDonough location! Our mission is serving confidence with exceptional care! The Practice Leader is focused on bridging the gap between the front and clinical departments to facilitate one cohesive team. This team member is proactive, solution-centric, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Skills include but are not limited to: Superior communication, interpersonal and active listening skills: manage internal grievances (team and/or patients), performance reviews, coach train team members to achieve daily goals and practice results. Proactive and anticipatory: ability to anticipate needs of the practice, team, and patients. Maintain facility, practice equipment, and ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed throughout the office. Professionalism: ensure all team members are professional in attire and conversation. Confidentiality: maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPPA, confidentiality of practice and CEO. Results the are responsible for: Overall Practice Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring goals are on track and being met (review daily, weekly, monthly, and annually with the CEO and/ or owning doctor) Manage patient and lead team scheduling for productive scheduling and operational structure. You will qualify for first 3 days of PTO and paid Holidays. After every 90 days, you will be given an additional 3 days of PTO. You will qualify for Medical and Vision benefits 90 days after your date of hire. Dental benefits are included for you and your immediate family and include preventative care after 90 days, basic services after 6 months, and major work, which includes lab bills after 12 months. Dr. Brunson will cover 60% of your medical coverage. After 1 year with PFD, we will match up to 5% of your 401k. We promote from within giving you opportunities to grow in your career! The hours at the office will be 4 days a week Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and half day Friday 8:00am-2:00pm. The Practice Leaders hours are Tuesday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm and Monday 9am-2pm (Admin Day). A Practice Leader at Palmetto Family Dental comes with support from the owners and the support of the fellow office managers. Palmetto Family Dental provides funds to each Practice Leader each quarter for our Culture Club Experience for a team outings or team building experiences.
