Job Summary: We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our patients and clinical team, ensuring every patient receives a clear understanding of their treatment plan, financial options, and scheduling needs. Responsibilities: Present treatment plans to patients in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner Explain dental procedures, insurance coverage, and financing options Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments and procedures Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Answer patient questions related to treatment and payment Work closely with dentists and hygienists to ensure optimal care coordination Handle financial arrangements, including payment collection and insurance estimates Requirements: Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in dental front office administration Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and treatment planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental administration is a plus
