Description

Are you friendly, organized, and ready to make a lasting first impression? We’re looking for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental/medical team! This is a vital role that supports our office operations while ensuring our patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk in. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism -Collect patient signatures on consent/updated forms, ID, and take profile photos -Notify patients of any co-pays due at time of visit and collect payments -Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area, including restocking water cooler and coffe bar - Ensure TVs and music are on and appropriate for the setting - Contact late or no-show patients - Monitor and respond to emails and patient texts -Review recommended treatment plans with patients and schedule follow-up visits -Collect payments for treatment plans -Make treatment notes and scan treatment plans (TP) and receipts into system -Follow up with patients who did not schedule treatment -Follow up with patients who are due or overdue for their re-care appointments Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and handling payments Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk or medical/dental office experience is a plus Compensation is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
