Description

At Precision Oral Surgery, we are a patient-focused, multi-doctor, oral surgery practice known for providing excellent care in a supportive and professional environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice and support our surgical team with scheduling and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: -Greet patients with warmth and professionalism -Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments -Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary -Collect and enter patient information accurately into the practice management system -Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients -Manage referrals and communicate with general dentists and other specialists -Coordinate the surgical schedule for optimal patient flow and provider efficiency -Handle patient check-in and check-out, including payments and documentation -Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area -Support back office staff with administrative needs as necessary Qualifications: -Previous dental or oral surgery front office experience preferred -Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and scheduling -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Professional appearance and demeanor -Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a busy environment -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Benefits: -Competitive pay based on experience -Paid time off and holidays -Health insurance/ Retirement plan/ Bonuses -Supportive, team-oriented work environment -Growth and training opportunities How to Apply: Please submit your resume via DentalPost or email it to [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info].
