As we expand our services, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Doctor Coordinator to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Doctor Coordinator to manage and oversee the operations within our practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental experience. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and one of our doctor teams. Key Responsibilities: Patient Coordination: Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans with patients. Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance coverage and manage billing processes. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctor, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless workflow. Treatment Planning: Assist in preparing and reviewing treatment plans with patients and addressing any questions or concerns. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental experience required. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is preferred. (dentrix enterprise is a plus) Attention to Detail: Ability to handle patient information with discretion and maintain a high level of accuracy.
