Front Office/Back Office experience with Scheduling and Rescheduling patients. You must have Commercial and State Insurance experience. Also have Professional Phone skills (Answering calls checking messages) You must have the skills to multi task at all time's. Also needed as well a knowledgable background with Commercial and State Insurance when completing and checking out the Patients. (1) Collecting out of pocket fees. This is imperative you must have the skills to understand and collect the fee amount for the Commercial Insurance, as well as the State Insurance's.
