Description

We are currently looking for a full-time TREATMENT COORDINATOR. Candidates must be highly motivated and be able to work in a 2 doctor practice, be focused and have the ability to multitask. Job duties include but are not limited to: presenting and explaining treatment plans, procedures and associated costs of proposed treatment this also includes making sure the patient understands and accepts the treatment, insurance coverage and payment options. Also, this individual will schedule and confirm appointments, follow up with scheduled treatments, answer phones, verify insurance benefits, and above all have great customer service skills.
