We’re looking for a treatment plan coordinator who is warm, proactive, and ready to be the heartbeat of our office. At our boutique holistic dental practice, we do things differently. We focus on whole-body wellness, personal relationships, and creating a space that feels more like a sanctuary than a clinic. That starts at the front desk—with you. This role is perfect for someone who is: Outgoing and naturally friendly – you enjoy connecting with people and make every interaction feel special A take-charge problem solver – you don’t wait to be told what to do; you initiate Detail-oriented and organized – you love lists, systems, and keeping things flowing smoothly Comfortable with scheduling, presenting treatment plans and getting acceptance, answering phones, and digital communication tools. Able to multitask with grace and calm, even on a busy day. Your daily responsibilities will include: Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment Managing the schedule with precision and flexibility, scheduling to goal. Treatment plan presentation and acceptance. Coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and patient communication. Supporting the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly. Representing the values of wellness, kindness, and excellence in every interaction. We are a fully digital and paperless office. We utilize the Fotona laser, do airway expansion, and perform biocompatible dentistry. Patient care hours are 7-3pm, Mon-Thursday. MUST HAVE: At least 2 years of dental experience, no exceptions. Are passionate about holistic or integrative health. Love working in a team where your contribution matters. Benefits, etc, will be discussed at interview.
