Our family practice is hiring an additional front office team member, 4-5 days a week. We now have two doctor teams and we need help with the growth! Our office is a general office that provides all services in house. An ideal candidate would primarily have a positive, team-building attitude. In addition, we need someone who loves working in a busy environment with a supportive team and can be productive while having fun at work. We offer a flexible schedule with an hourly pay that is commensurate with your skills and abilities in the following areas: - Dental background/experience - Coordinating and understanding PPO dental benefits to explain to patients - Effective appointment scheduling for hygienists and dentists - Treatment plan presentation - Communication with team members and patients - Dentrix software proficiency - Professionalism, authenticity, good work ethic, and punctuality We offer PTO, paid holidays, and access to health insurance.
