Hey! My name is Jacob, I'm the director for Arte Dental. For the first time in years, I'm looking for a full time RDA for our private practice in Little Elm (on Eldorado just about 5 minutes west of 423/Frisco). One of our long time assistants just had a baby and wants to stay home with her. But this is the first time in years that I've had to find an RDA for this office. LOTS of long term staff here (lead RDA 13 years, billing coordinator 12 years, RDH 4 years, front office manager 4+ years, etc). We offer competitive pay, monthly bonus, 401k matching (3%), dental benefits for employees and immediate family along with paid holidays (after 90 days). We have been in Little Elm longer than just about any other dental office. We have an awesome reputation, and many of our patients have been with us for 10+ YEARS! We are a FAMILY OWNED private practice and treat patients and staff like family. We do just about everything digitally (charts, impressions, X-rays, etc). We also have a 3D cone beam CT machine and our own in-house lab at our McKinney Office. We are a general office with a good mix of patients and treatment (everything from pedo to implants and all on fours). Our hours are Mon-Thurs 8-4 and every other Fri 8-2. No weekends.
