With a loyal patient base and a dedicated clinical team, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations and support our mission of excellent patient care. Position Overview: As our Office Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. You’ll be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, ensuring a smooth patient experience, and maintaining efficient office workflows. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, billing, and patient communications Manage and train front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service Coordinate patient flow to maximize efficiency and productivity Handle insurance claims, verifications, and accounts receivable Maintain compliance with all dental regulations and office policies Collaborate with the clinical team to support seamless care delivery Monitor office expenses and supply inventory Implement office systems to improve workflow and patient satisfaction Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in dental office management or front office leadership Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Proficiency with Dentrix Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to lead a team with positivity and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a private or family-owned practice setting Familiarity with Georgia dental regulations and insurance plans Why Join Us?
