OFFICE MANAGER POSITION This is a busy pediatric dental practice that runs on time! Our Practice is looking for a person that has great energy, positive attitude and loves dentistry & kids willing to get any job done. Must be fully knowledgeable in DENTRIX. Willing to lead, manage other staff. Must be able to converse with patients in all areas of treatment. To be successful -Must have positive attitude, be friendly & team player. -Proficient in DENTRIX (check in /check out. Make Recall appointments & go over Treatment plans & out of pockets for both PPO & Medicaid) -Has incredible phone skills -Willing to put in time to get the work done -Knowledge of INSURANCES both PPO & Medicaid. Should be able to get PPO breakdowns & Discuss TX plans with patients & go over out of pocket including deductibles & downgrades.
