What You’ll Do Assist in advanced surgical and restorative dental procedures, including implant placement, extractions, and cosmetic transformations. Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments, instruments, and materials. Support the dentist in patient care, ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and comfortable. Operate and maintain advanced dental technology, including intraoral scanners and AI-assisted diagnostics. Provide post-operative care instructions and support for patient recovery. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and empathetic patient experiences. What We’re Looking For Current RDA license in Texas (required). Surgical assisting experience is preferred, but we will train the right person who shares our values. Strong communication and patient care skills—empathy is non-negotiable.
