Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for our patients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk / Insurance / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview: This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with insurance coordination and treatment planning. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care and education. You’ll be the face of our practice and a key player in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every patient who walks through our door. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage the daily schedule Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits Submit insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Coordinate care with the clinical team to ensure patient needs are met Collect payments, post transactions, and maintain accurate patient records Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental office (front desk, insurance, or treatment planning preferred) Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing (PPO/HMO) Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual a plus (not required
