This position involves working with patients regarding financial matters, fostering genuine connections with patients, answering phones/emails, scheduling/data collection, making/presenting treatment plans. The ideal candidate is cross-trained with a clinical background and comfortable with technology, has professional communication skills, takes initiative, and can help assist when needed.
