If you're nodding along with a big 'YES!', then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re are a beautiful, state-of-the-art pediatric dental office in Chastain Park that just opened in July 2025, and we’re looking for a Front Office Team Member who brings positive energy, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people. We’re creating an office that feels welcoming, uplifting, and different—in the best way. This is your chance to help build something great from day one. What You’ll Love About Us: • Brand-new, modern office with the latest technology and thoughtful design • A collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team • Free dental care for your children (ages 21 and under) • Paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.) • Ongoing training and growth opportunities • Open-door leadership and a place where your ideas matter What We’re Looking For: • Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience • Strong knowledge of insurance coding, claims submission, and eligibility verification • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written • A positive attitude and team-first mindset • Someone willing to help in any area of the practice when needed • Eagerness to learn new systems and innovative approaches to patient care • Prior knowledge of pediatric patient coordination is a plus, but not required (training provided) Excited to join us? We’d love to hear from you!
