⸻ Front Office Assistant – Specialty Endo Office (Cinco Ranch Area) Full-Time Position We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant to join our growing specialty practice in the Cinco Ranch area. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check patients in and out • Schedule and confirm appointments • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility • Present treatment plans to patients • Post payments and manage patient accounts • Support the front office team with daily administrative tasks Qualifications: • Previous front office or administrative experience in a dental setting preferred • Knowledge of Endovision is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Professional and friendly demeanor Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am- 4pm
