Description

✨ Now Hiring: Incredible Dental Treatment Coordinator ✨ (Must have 4+ yrs experience) Are you someone with a gift for communication, organization, and helping others feel at ease? Do you understand productive scheduling? Do you thrive in a supportive, growth-minded environment where kindness and professionalism go hand-in-hand? If so, we’d love to meet you! We are a holistic, patient-centered dental practice seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. (Mon-Thurs 7-3 pm; admin Fridays 9-3 pm. Fully digital and paperless office; OON with all insurances but one.) This is not your average front office role—you’ll be the guide who helps patients understand the value of their treatment, builds trust through compassion, and supports them in making confident health decisions. What you’ll do: • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, finances, and scheduling. • Clearly and confidently present treatment options with warmth and empathy. • Use your empathy and communication skills to help patients say “yes” to the care they need and deserve. • Coordinate effectively with the clinical and admin team to ensure a smooth patient experience. • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative as a true self-starter. What we’re looking for: • Dental care coordinator experience required. • Strong background in case presentation and financial arrangements. • Naturally kind, professional, and approachable. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement. • Excited to be part of a holistic, whole-body health approach to dentistry. What we offer: • A supportive, positive, team-oriented culture (we truly care for each other). • Opportunities to grow personally and professionally. • Competitive pay and time off. • The chance to be part of a practice that changes lives by treating the whole person, not just the teeth. If you’re ready to bring your experience, heart, and leadership to a place where your work truly matters, send us your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit. 4+ years experience in this position required. Please do not apply if you don’t fit the bill!
