 As an Endodontist with Full Smile Endodontics, you’ll focus on root canal therapy, dental pulp treatments, and advanced endodontic procedures in a collaborative, patient-first environment. What You’ll Do - Diagnose and treat dental pulp and root conditions - Perform root canal therapy and related procedures - Collaborate with dentists, oral surgeons, and orthodontists - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment compliance What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD degree with Endodontics specialization - Active Texas dental license (or eligibility) - Strong communication and patient-care focus - Commitment to lifelong learning and collaboration Compensation - $900,000 per year plus commission, bonus, and $100,000 sign-on - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, CE, and 401(k) Location
