Job Title Part-Time Endodontist (Independent Contractor) Location Grinville Dental Clinic – Griffin, GA About Us Grinville Dental Clinic is an innovative, patient-focused dental practice serving the Griffin and surrounding communities. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Endodontist to join our growing team on an as-needed basis. This is an occasional, flexible role ideal for a skilled endodontist looking to supplement their schedule or build a patient base in Griffin. The position will primarily involve root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic emergencies, with opportunities to expand to other procedures based on clinical needs. Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality root canal therapy, retreatments, and related endodontic procedures. • Diagnose and manage dental pain and endodontic emergencies. • Collaborate with general dentists and dental assistants to provide seamless patient care. • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in Open Dental (training provided if needed). • Educate patients on treatment options, post-op care, and preventative measures. • Adhere to all clinic protocols, OSHA standards, and infection control procedures. Schedule & Compensation • Part-time / Per-diem basis with a flexible schedule. • Shifts scheduled based on clinic needs and your availability. • Compensation: Competitive percentage of production (1099 contractor). Qualifications • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. • Completion of an Endodontics residency program. • Active Georgia dental license and DEA certification. • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills, patient-focused care, and a commitment to clinical excellence.
