Job Title: Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator About Our Practice We are a well-established, private dental specialty practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. Our team values excellence, patient first, and collaboration. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator to join our front office team. Position Summary The Receptionist / Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk and coordinating the hygiene schedule to ensure efficiency and a positive patient experience. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Location: • Sandy Springs, GA Schedule • Full-time position • Monday through Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM • Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and courteous experience both in person and by phone • Schedule, confirm, and manage hygiene and treatment appointments to optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction • Maintain recall systems, patient reminders, and follow-up communications • Process patient check-in and check-out, including collection of payments • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system • Support daily front office operations and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Qualifications • Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred but not required • Proficiency with dental practice management software Dentrix Ascend desirable • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and patient service • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Compensation and Benefits • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience • Medical, vision, life insurance • Bonus potential • 401(k) with retirement plan • In-office dental allowance • Paid holidays • Paid time off (PTO) • Sick pay Why You’ll Love Working with Us If you have a positive outlook on life and genuinely enjoy serving patients, you will thrive in our practice.
