Hello! My name is Dr. Mike Jin, and I am the owner dentist of Oak Hill Family Dentistry in Newnan, GA. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office coordinator to help our growing office thrive! The position is a full-time position and the perfect candidate would have fluency with Eaglesoft, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in both a fast- and slow-paced team setting. Main responsibilities of this position would include calling insurance to verify (if needed, we have AI doing many of these), helping patients understand their treatment plan & bill, reaching out to insurance to confirm & appeal claims, and administrative support of the front office team. Compensation begins at $20 per hour, but show me what you can bring to the table and we can discuss :) We operate from Mon-Thurs, and this is a full-time position. I look forward to hearing from you!
