Our hygiene team care philosophy is systemic health focused, and the RDH role is fully utilized for: Patient education Co-discovery of treatment needs Implementation of comprehensive treatment plans We are passionate about giving our hygienists the time, technology, and support they need to provide the best care possible. Days: Monday - Thursday Hours: 7 am - 4 pm. Arrive 6:30 am New patient appointments are 2 hours and 1 hour recare appts. Experience is preferred but open to great team-minded approach. Pay based on experience and bonus opportunity. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and AirFlow EMS Prophy treatments. Perform oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting. Take digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and intraoral scans. Educate patients on oral hygiene, systemic health, and preventive care. Partner with patients in co-discovering their treatment needs. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Oryx dental software. Ensure operatory cleanliness and readiness for each patient. Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver an exceptional experience. Qualifications Current Tennessee Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. CPR certification.
