Pediatric Dentistry of Keller is a private practice in the DFW suburb of Keller, Texas. Our office is bright, clean and beautifully decorated pediatric practice. We have a reception playroom, modern technology and comfortable amenities. Most importantly, we have a wonderful team that provides a high level of kindness and care with each and every patient encounter. This is a privately owned, family business and will always remain this way. We are in search of a talented and dynamic FRONT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER and open to any level of experience as we have many important responsibilities to entrust: Desired skills: - Excellent phone etiquette - Customer service driven (Customer experience) - Working knowledge of insurance processes - verification, EOB's, payments, collections - Team player with goals to grow and expand skillset - Treatment plan presentation skills - Working knowledge of dental procedures and dental terminology - Detail oriented and ability to multi-task - Values maintaining an organized environment and step-wise process What do we offer? - Comfortable environment with modern, vibrant decor + Team centered culture - Supportive team with 4 admin, 7-8 clinical, 2 doctors - All digital workflow with best in class softwares for everyday tasks (recordkeeping, xrays, payments, texting/communications) - Weekday work hours 8-5.
